Peel Grinding with Q-MaX – Especially for the Rollomatic NP Series & Anca CPX

dimensional tolerances, the finest surface finishes, and perfect concentricity are essential
to give a precision tool its first important cut.
Achieving excellent surface results with consistently minimal wear, while keeping grinding
times as short as possible and ensuring maximum stock removal, these are the decisive

With our Q-MaX bond system, we have found the perfect answer.The bond systems
developed specifically for the demands of peel grinding impress with their high grain
retention forces and dimensional stability. This increases productivity and reduces unit
costs.
In terms of form tolerances, surface quality, and wear resistance, our system ensures
reproducible results even under extreme loads. Thus, with grinding wheels of grain size D15,
we can reproducibly achieve surface values below Rz 0.5 — starting from the very first part!
