SuperV83-GAL: 

A 3-flute high-performance carbide drill without internal coolant, is suitable for machining short-chip materials such as Al-Si alloys, magnesium alloys, short-chip brass, grey cast iron, ductile iron, and malleable cast iron. The drill has good self-centering properties during machining, eliminating the need for spot drilling in solid materials, achieving extremely high dimensional accuracy and surface quality, comparable to reamers. Its wide and open flute design ensure high machining reliability, enabling high feed rates and long tool life, making it suitable for harsh machining conditions such as angled entry and interrupted drilling. The drill’s surface is polished to improve chip removal. The special web- thinned drill tip with a 130°degree tip angle design promote smooth advance into the material and reduce cutting forces. Therefore, significantly increases drilling stability, resulting in good hole straightness and positional accuracy, and improved surface finish combined with long tool life.

 

SuperV95-GG:

The rigid straight flute design of the these carbide drills provides straight and accurate hole locations with excellent surface quality and close diameter tolerances in abrasive materials. A coolant fed drill for high penetration rates in deep hole applications, the SuperV95-GG is designed to cut short chipping materials such as cast aluminum, cast iron, short chipping brass and other non-ferrous castings. These straight flute drills have a 120° cone relief point and feature a double margin by design, resulting in excellent hole straightness and surface quality. These tools are recommended for CNC equipment with a minimum of 20 bar coolant pressure, please observe coolant pressure.
