Extra Long Anti Vibration Tool Holder – Technical Characteristics
When using long overhang tools to machine hard-to-reach areas, such as deep cavities or internal features in large, complex monolithic components, vibration often becomes a critical challenge. Our anti-vibration tool holder features an integrated heavy metal damping core with a specially engineered geometry, designed to improve surface finish while significantly reducing overall vibration. As vibrations are transmitted from the cutting tool into the tool holder body, the internal damping system is activated to effectively absorb them. The reinforced cylindrical shank maximizes rigidity, ensuring excellent static stability, while its dynamic stiffness is several times higher than that of comparable solid tool holders.
